Malawi Olympic Committee has recruited Loveness Thole as Marketing Officer effective from 3rd February 2020 to improve the Brands of MOC and National Sports Federations.
The role of Marketing Officer for MOC will be very prudent when it comes to MOC visibility and Revenue Generation. As a sport driven organization MOC aims to attain different sponsors to support our athletes with their sporting activities and international Games
Speaking in an Interview, the newsly recruited Marketing Officer said she will employ different marketing strategies to win Malawi and the Corporate world, we will work with the Federations to gain understanding of the teams and athletes and use different social media platforms for Brand Visibility as we would like Malawi to know MOC and its Federations.
As a Department we aim to achieve an increase in revenue generation and visibility at least by 30% in collaboration with the MOC 2020 strategic Plan, said Thole.
Marketing is one of the Key Performance areas in the 2017-2020 MOC Strategic Plan which was introduced in February 2017.
