MOC has organized a week long coaching Course for beach Volleyball at Lingadzi Inn and Round Table 32 in Lilongwe.MOC President Jappie Mhango said the course was in line with MOC strategic Plan of developing Volleyball, including beach Volleyball.
“Within the MOC strategic Plan of 2021- 2021 we have emphasized issues of capacity building. Building the capacity of Coaches and athletes that’s why we have organized this course to help the development of beach and beach volleyball. I urge participants to take this course seriously and upon completion, go out to develop the sport.”

Mhango, who was also former Volleyball Association of Malawi (VAM) said MOC was committed to seeing beach Volleyball develop. In his remarks, course Facilitator Ben Mustafa from Tunisia said he was happy that the international Volleyball Federation assigned him to conduct the Course.
“Being an African, I am always happy when I am sent to African countries such as Malawi. I will ensure that coaches are given best information and knowledge needed for the Game so that Malawi Beach Volleyball can one day be on the Map.” He Said.
