MALAWI OLYMPIC COMMITTEE CONDUCTS ANOTHER SPORTS ADMINISTRATION COURSE

The Malawi Olympic Committee has challenged sports administrators to work together in promoting sports activities in the country.

Hon. Jappie Mhango was speaking in Lilongwe at Malawi Olympic Committee on 6^th April 2023, when he closed a training course where sports administrators were equipped with sports skills.

“We need sports administrators who are well knowledgeable enough in sports,”, Mhango said

He further, encouraged the participants to apply for advance diploma in sports management which will start soon.

“This is just beginning of a journey you can use this certificate it is very powerful weapon; you can register for diploma or even Degree at Mzuzu University,” said, Mhango.

One of the participants, Tadala Kandulu Ngosi, who is Director at MATCH Foundation also represents fraternity, said the training will enhance leadership performance as well as talent identification which will promote Athletes at the heart of the movement.

She said the skills acquired will be fully applied as her team who are willing to undertake the advance administration course.
