CONDOLENCES ON THE DEATH OF VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MALAWI, RT HON. DR. SAULOS KLAUS CHILIMA AND 8 OTHER MALAWIANS.

The Malawi Olympic Committee conveys its deepest and heartfelt condolences to His Excellency the President of the Republic of Malawi Dr. Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera, Madam Mary Chilima and family, the former first Lady Madam Patricia Dzimbili, all friends and families of those who were on board and lost their lives during the tragic air crash on 10^th June, 2024.

Malawi Olympic Committee is in deep shock with tragic death of Right Honorable Dr. Saulos Klaus Chilima who was a dedicated public servant and sportsman until his untimely death. He has motivated and inspired many athletes in different sports disciplines in the country and his legacy will continue to live and inspire future generations forever. This is a tremendous loss for the nation.
